I absolutely loved my stay here. The onsen area was incredibly relaxing and had a very pleasant environment. The staff were extremely friendly and explained all the onsen facilities very clearly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Additionally, the location was excellent, as it was conveniently located in the heart of the onsen area, making it easy to explore this charming town.

The onsen experience was great! the selection of onsens included everything from outdoor to indoor, hot to cold. Location was also convenient, with many sights a short walk away. the large rooms and comfortable bedding were an added bonus.

The check-in process was a nightmare. After waiting for an hour in a crowded lobby, it was not the best first impression.

We had an amazing romantic escape! The onsens were fantastic and very relaxing. We loved the variety of choices and the fact that they were clean. The staff was super nice and always ready to assist. , the location of the hotel was perfect – walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. We loved the traditional Japanese style and the fact that it had a beautiful garden view.

Despite the amazing time we had, there were some minor issues that could be improved. the check-in process was a bit of a hassle, as there were too many guests at the same time, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
